Finishing up the stack of burgers I grilled out this weekend. Muenster cheese, onion slice good stuff. And some chips along with a bottled water.

Thanks. I'm not sure turkey sausage is the healthiest thing to eat but it's a change of pace that I needed in my menu and I am still losing.

I had brinner two days in a row last week and had a slice of bacon on Monday. Oh and real breakfast Sunday....that's enough breakfast food to tide me over for a while.
We are having beef pot roast and potatoes tonight....one of my all time favorites.

I have "brinner" quite often, mainly because it's quick and easy.

not sure what's up tonight, i just know tuesday and saturday is steak, friday is fish and sunday is free for all on the platform.
