chicken bowl, rice, tomato, tomato salsa, cheese lettuce.

We are doing weight watchers and my bowl is only 12 points. Much lower than many other dinners. I know the sodium is bad for you, but it is good once per week for a nice filling tasty dinner for low points.

I usually get double wrapped, both beans, carnitas and barbacoa, little salsa, cheese, sour cream, lettuce.

Tonight I made an improvised chicken cacciatore.

Those tortillas are like 300 calories each.

I ended up having a Four Cheese Pizza Lean Pocket, 3 pretzels, some cheese cubes and some rice cakes. I was too lazy to actually cook anything.

From now on if I tell you what I am having for dinner, will you calculate this for me?

Yeah, Chipotle isn't too bad on a diet. I usually eat there once or twice a week and I have still been losing.

Jerk chicken with black beans and rice.

The wife brought home some plantains so I fried plantains as well.
