And as far as helping them improve themselves, we can't just reach out and try to help. They have to want to improve themselves. The group that chooses to reach out and change their lives, I'd have no problem with helping. The other group that continues with the status quo, I wouldn't piss on if they were on fire, whether they be black, white, brown, red, yellow, etc.
