Wow. It's not every day I see someone whose head is so far up his ass he could lick his own prostate.
Those "ghetto people" don't have a "neighborhood." They're scattered all over. Even more, your asinine comment shows you don't realize that there are people in communities where this takes place who are trying to help change the perpetuated mentality that chasing a life of being "hard" and being "hood rich" is a good thing. What's more, even in the same houses where these people live (they're no more "animals" than you are), there are kids who aren't yet indoctrinated by that type of subculture. Just going to shit on them as well, even though some of them are the brightest, most kind, most responsible, most hard-working kids you'll ever meet?
The fact that you even think of people in this light just because they're different from you shows that you have a small, simple mind, and have been sheltered from much of the world around you. You adopt, and then justify, an infantile outlook toward other human beings. If anything, a wall around your house is what would do the most good.

You're the animal. Nobody is "taking over" anything, you paranoid, delusional idiot. Please stop chiming in and proving yourself an ignorant fool.

Popeyes close to my house is always seeing things like this. Had to ask.

I agree, but it was equally as ignorant a statement. A subcultural context does not make someone a criminal or an "animal." The kids I mentor at the youth center would probably all fit in his definition of "ghetto." They're some of the best kids I, or he, would ever meet.

It starts even earlier than that. In order for them to want to improve themselves, they have to learn that certain changes would be improvement. If they don't see it as improvement, they're not going to want to change anything.
Moreover, some of the people who live a destructive lifestyle within urban communities are so disenfranchised by the "help" they've seen in the past, that they don't think anything will actually help when it says it does.
There's a lot of despair in the poorer, urban communities. Trust me, it goes a lot further than wanting to change.
