Looking at either Dreams Palm Beach all inclusive resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic or Secrets St James all inclusive resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica this Sept it appears. Anyone have any thoughts between the two? Ever been?

Tampa/Arizona in 2 weeks. Beyond excited.

Spring break with the old high school crew to catch up with everyone and Arizona for spring training with the college guys. Can't wait.

As far as your trip, I've never been. I like the words all inclusive though.

I'll be going to Ocean City, NJ for up to a full week in August. Not sure if I'll stay the entire time the in-laws have the house rented or bounce early but it's nice that it's available and I don't have to pay for it. I also want to go on a cruise at some point this summer.

IMO all inclusive is the way to go!! I have done Mexico the past two years all inclusive and life was great! We are just Mexico'd out looking for something different this year. As far as other places this year too I am sure Key West in the summer and perhaps for New Years again. Numerous trips to the springs and some camping throughout the year. Probably two trips to Ohio as well.

Out of Orlando, FL I am looking at anywhere from 2300 - 2600 depending on what upgrades/tours I add one for two people total for 6 days.

Oak Island in August and then fab4 and I have one of those "free" vacations to use.

We were supposed to go and listen to a presentation on a time share type deal, but the guy cancelled and still gave us the deal. 7 day, 6 night and all we pay is $200 security deposit and travel. Multiple places to choose from.

Sounds like a great trip for an engagement

Ft. Sill, OK sometime in July for my son's basic training graduation. What in the hell is there to do in Oklahoma in the middle of the summer?

I vote for you to pick Dreams!

I stay at Dreams Riveira Maya in Cancuns last Oct. and it was absolutely beautiful in a lush, elegant and exotic way. I'm not much for stark contemporary design, so my vote is obviously biased.
Anyway, Dreams was/is all inclusive and the service outstanding.

I think we're leaning towards the cabin in Tennessee for the "free" vacation. There are some choices in NC, SC and FL but since we're doing the beach vacation in August it will be nice to do something different. There are also some in Mexico, Utah, Colorado, etc which would be awesome but I think TN would be the easiest. Plus, I've never been and would love to explore.

Probably a trip to Cedar Point. It's not much, but I told all my buddies that if/when I finished my Master's we'd go to Cedar Point. They've never been. They talk about Kings Island being a good amusement park and I told them Cedar Point is much better. So that's a quick weekend trip. We'll have a good time there.

I'd like to go somewhere else eventually too, but I have some camps and such to do this summer. I also have a big alumni weekend I am planning. Pretty busy summer if it also includes a move back to Ohio.

Maybe my vacation will be back to Green Bay for a Packers game in December. That's when I'd like to take a good vacation. Or maybe skiing.

I'd like to go camping this summer...just for a long weekend. And I haven't been to Cedar Point in a couple years (used to go 10+ times each summer) so that is a must, too.

I am in a wedding in July and the bachelorette party is in Chicago. It will be my first time there so I am definitely looking forward to that.

Any place your girl doesn't have to wear a bikini.

Just thought I'd save society the time.

Nice that you mentioned camping. I'll probably do the same coming up. I'd like to over spring break week if it's nice. Before I leave SD, I need to go out to the Blackhills, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, maybe Deadwood, possibly Pine Ridge, and whatever else we can find out there. I probably won't make my way through there again, so have to get it that I'm not far away. The wife really wants to do the camping thing...so I may have to do it.

I love camping...wildcats not so much, lol. I've never gone way out in the wilderness but I would like to. I usually stick to state parks...East Harbor, South Bass, Mohican, etc.

Just got home about 10 minutes ago from a golf weekend in North Myrtle(weather was GREAT!). Headin' to Holden Beach in June, and probably Nashville in Aug/Sept.
