Oh no. The world is coming to an end.

I am actually surprised this was as close as it was. And I'm surprised Phil even played Kobe and Pau. I honestly thought the Cavs would win by 13-15.

No I'm for real.

It's the last game before the break, Kobe and Pau are playing Sunday, Kobe was sick 2 days ago, Pau could use a long break, I just figured Phil would sit them.

These games aren't meaningless to LA. They have a fairly tough schedule remaining, if they don't get it together during the break they will be looking at the 4 seed in the west.

I hope the Cavs finish strong but the Wolves and Kings need to get some wins too.

I don't care if the lakers are on the last of game of a long road trip or not. A win is a win period. The best part win one lose one then win again. We didn't have to wait 26 games to get another win.

I am fine with Mo on the bench. Let Sessions play. Mo is off more then he is on when he plays anyway.

personally think Mo is our best player..but on any given night it can be jamison, sessions, mo, or hickson.

I would agree with this.

And someone said it earlier this season, I just remembered it. Mo would look good in a Laker uni....

Come on, you're better than that..

This is a Cavs team that lost 26 straight and just lost to the Wizards. Don't bring out these lame excuses/reasonings why you thought the Lakers would lose..

Just no excuse for LA to drop this one and you could tell Phil wasn't happy either, especially with his post game presser.

LA needs a roster shakeup, IMO..

Mo makes this team better, obviously, but the best player over the last 21 games is JJ and it isn't even close.

Ramon has been on fire, especially in February. 8 games and he's shot 50% or better all 8, 20ppg, 8apg. Mo can put up those numbers but not with the efficiency. Ramon needs to keep getting 30+ mins.

I used to be a big Mo supporter, but recently I've been hoping on the Ramon bandwagon. Earlier in the year he wasn't distributing as much and really was just slashing whenever he touched the ball. Now that he's become more of a passing guard I think he's passed Mo because he is much more dangerous with the ball.

Phil said after the game, to paraphrase, "They started their break yesterday. That's how we played tonight."

Why couldn't the Cavs have done this on December 2nd?

Agreed. I was talking about this to a friend the other day. Cavs should just trade Jamison, Mo, Parker, and Moon. I know its easier said than done but for guys like Parker and Moon even a low 2nd rd pick is better than nothing. Jamison/Mo I would think we'd need more in return.

Haha I was just thinking the same thing. Loved seeing the Lakers fans leaving after the game...they looked so pissed. I also love how they are all saying this game meant nothing (which it really doesn't) but are still taking time out to respond to people, make posts on FB, etc (looking at you wildcats). P.S. don't get all pissed, please. I still love ya. ;)

I still can't believe we won. :D

they might not think it means anything right now..but one game could mean a lot when it comes to playoff seeding. you cant lose games like this.

Just now logging in for the day..

We got home about 3am, so it's been a long one.

One the game..

Cavs def deserved the win. Lakers didn't play hard at all. Too many turnovers and too many guys jogging back on defense. The Q was rocking, that's for sure. Even as a Laker fan, when Gasol got posterized I stood up and screamed. Fans weren't really too bad, almost had to throw down with a guy though. Dude was an asshole. Shit happens. Def wanna go to another Cavs game soon.

Thats what happens to bandwagoner fans, ESP in Cleveland. Don't walk in a cleveland stadium/arena for a team on the opposite side of the country and expect fans to respect you. lolfail on you.

You can be a hometown team supporter, without being an over the top douchebag to opposing fans. Fine line
