No, the plan is for Blanton to go about 3 innings. A starter has to go 5 innings to qualify for the win. If the Phillies have the lead when Hamels enters the game and its before the 5th and they don't lose that lead for the whole game, the official scorer chooses which pitcher qualifies for the win. If Hamels goes 2 or 3 innings, he'd probably get it.
