Interesting discussion here.
I think the biggest turn-off for me is a girl who isn't very smart. Conversely, one of the biggest turn-ons is a girl who can hold a decent conversation. I don't expect everyone to be a rocket scientist, but talking to someone who is stupid just bores me to tears.
Fortunately for me, Mrs. FFT is really ridiculously smart. So when I get home from work, I don't have to listen to her blather on some drivel about what so-and-so said to so-and-so on The View. Instead, she catches me up on the meaningful news that I missed during the day (e.g., what's going on in Egypt).
Other big turn-offs:
*lack of manners
*lack of common decency
*pettiness
*not dressing well
*being overtly self-absorbed
*being too materialistic
*bad breath

My wife is the same way. She just isn't attracted to Asian men....at all. Probably didn't help that probably 20% of her Business school class was Asian, and acted stereotypically with respect (or I should say disrespect) towards women.

I don't know any women that are attracted to Asians. I know they are obviously out there but I never hear about it. Whereas a lot of men love Asian women. My mom's male cousin will only date Asians...and has married two.

My list of "manly" turnoffs:
loudmouths
excessive drinking
name callers
attitudes with no supportive evidence *you know what I mean*
immaturity
knowitalls
Hmmm... come to think of it, I guess that pretty much rounds up (or off) most of the OC guys haha!
little hands
soft hands
little feet
scrawney guys
pretty boys
cheaters

That's because they come from freaky deaky sex land aka Asia. I love asian women, but have only dated a couple. I still love me some wholesome midwest girls.

Hair that is not straight!
Hair like this...

...is probably the biggest turnoff for me.
There are plenty of other good ones people have posted... smoking, prude-ish behavior, capris, hair above their upper lip, hairy arms, hairy legs, etc.

Actually, burping and table manners does it for me. I like a nice clean, courteous chick.

When they are somewhere besides:
1) the kitchen,
2) the laundry room, or
3) the bedroom...
