I've had an empty bottle of Rust Belt Rusted River Irish Red sitting on my desk for I don't know how long. I look at it and think I should throw that away, then never do.
Had a couple of the Beer Camp beers. Wasn't to impressed with the Double IPA, it hardly felt like an IPA to me. The Juniper Ale was very interesting and so far my favorite for the pack. When I think Juniper, I think Gin. That's not what I taste in it. I do get a coating on my tongue that reminds me of ground black pepper. It lingers and I like that.
Did get 3 more bottles of Tiny. A couple to save and one for now, maybe even Saturday night. (I wanna feel the burn on this fresh bottle)
Had another Bottle of the DFH Black and Blue. I prefer that over the Red and White. (I think most people prefer the opposite)
The Wife managed to get her hands on a bottle of the DFH Hellhound On My Ale...I'm not even gonna ask who she had to blow to get that beer. Hehe. Actually the beer and wine purchaser saw here in the store and told it they had some. They keep it on a hidden shelf that only the employees of the beer and wine department has access to. They are nice/smart enough there to know the people who would appreciate those special beers.
Tonight, once I get home, its going to be a Sam Adams nite with Latitude 48 IPAs. By IPAs I mean it a 12 pack that has the Latitude 48 brewed with 6 different hops, 2 bottles brewed with Simcoe hops, 2 bottles brewed with Hallertau, 2 with Kent Goldings...you get the idea.
Damn I'm thirsty...gotta go !
