On a more serious note they probably lost just as much talent as Dalton. Both face similar situations but the strength of Dalton's program gives them an advantage in rebuilding quicker. I think the Indians will surprise some folks, new qb, new system, hopefully a winning atttitude. The WCAL is better when Rittman is in the mix.

It's that time again!

Every year I send and receive lots of updates for high school football games from the PAC-7, WCAL, OCC, and others. Whatever updates I get, I post to my Twitter account (@AndrewMarcum). btw...hello all...new to the site obviously and am a big Husky supporter. My son plays for them. Nice thread so far. Hopefully I can contribute to the discussions here.

A tool? Seriously? I bring a unique combination of knowledge and humor to this thread. I am the self proclaimed second most knowledgable man on WCAL football on this site, and my Rep power of 7 proves I am the s^^t. Thank you.

A tool would point out that someone should have said "welcome to this site", not "welcome to this sight." But I am not a tool.

And I know this will be a huge disappointment to all bears/nights/mustangs fans, I will not be able to attend the scrimmage this Friday in The Creek. My office apparently scheduled an appointment for me at 5:30 on Friday in Fredricktown (not Fredricksburg) so I will be unavailable. I apologize to anyone who was looking forward to meeting me, getting an autograph, or having a photo taken with me.

I will however be at Triway on Saturday so please PM to set up a personal consultation at that scrimmage.

Miyagi just got back from the land of the rising sun and was checking out Bloody's accusatory post about Miyagi stealing cats ( not true, Miyagi buys all cats legally from your friendly pet shelter) when he sees that Bloody has a rep. Miyagi was wondering what rep was and figured since Bloody had a 2 it must have been how many teeth he had left, but that couldn't be right cuz Madman had a 3. Must be how many games Rittman is going to win this year.....but wait Red Dum has a 4 ....it must be the amount of sit ups you can do in an hour.......but wait Beast also has a 4 and by looking at his facebook page their aint no way he can do 4 sit ups...... it must be the # of sexual encounters with amish on the way to a football game......that can't be right cuz Ringz has a 7 and there is no way he has had 7 sexual encounters let alone with any amish. Then Miyagi checks his rep. 2 ?????? 2 ?????? Are you kidding me !? Miyagi has the same rep as that fool Bloody? this cannot be good. Some one tell Miyagi what is going on.

BOO!!! I won't be at the Triway scrimmage, so I look forward to hearing from you about how it went for all 3 teams.

I looked it up, and supposedly you can click the little badge in the bottom-left of a post (next to the Report icon) and people that get the most "rep badges" get their Rep Power increased... or something like that. I'm not too worried about rep. The quality of your posts will speak for themselves. The OC is not a popularity contest. :) But of course I'm saying that... I only have a 4 rep compared to Mr. 7, Ringz.

RED RUM using a machiavellian reference? No way he learned that at Northwestern. Speaking of which I saw Mr. Rick Noletti eating dinner at the Applebee's in Wooster last evening (true story).

Back on topic, going into the first weekend of scrimmages, I have not heard of any team having any major injuries which is a good thing. Hopefully they all come out of this weekend injury free. I know that first scrimmage can get a little chippy at times because you can finally hit someone in another uniform.

Again I apologize Pit, I had every intention of being in The Creek on Friday, but my schedule got rearranged. I will shoot you updates during the NWN v. Triway v. Wooster scrimmage on Saturday.

And if anyone is in the area on Sunday Triway Booster Club Chicken BBQ is from 11:00 - 2:00 at the high school, stop in after church for some bird.

I may have to stop posting here...things are getting creepy!!! Miyagi is Facebook stalking me??? Its tough being a celebrity, everyone knows ya..paparazzi always in the bushes.....and I think "cat" burgalars lurking in the shadows.

Fews thing The Beast has to elaborate on:

1. Red Dum- insidious, machiavellian, innuendo...clearly this is an imposter, as this vocabulaary is out of your red dum's league, impressive none the less

2. 4ringz - not a total tool, but his goofy steelers hat that hasnt peeled from his scalp since 'Nam' puts him in dorky territory...along with his 7 rep...its obvious he's kissing an adminstrators manhood

3. Pit - Im #1 on the list!!! You know me well..this text update thing we started a few years back has grown...people need to recognize and Rep!!!

4. Go Falcons - shoot me a text or pm with your # i deleted all the falcon #'s because all your names were so close it was hard to keep up with who was who.

All in all...went ok last night in scrim with East Knox. First series of D did not look great, but stepped up in the rest of them. Offense looked ok. Lots of young talent on this team that if they can gel together quickly, will be better than most preds on here. That being said, how long will it take them to gel will be the question. I do believe their early games against tough teams like Ashland, Magadore, etc. will have an impact on these young men.

Overall defense will be good, although the line is small LB core should be able to hold their own with some very hard hitters across all 5 of them. Deep ball might give some issues. Run defense should be really good from what I have seen. QB is in question with 2 of the 3 potentials nursing injuries at the moment and the starter from last year I do not think has fully recovered from his shoulder injury.

Is awesome to be part of the site, don't be too rough on me just yet. Let me work my way in :)
