I am with everyone else who says the mods need revaluation. Some are piece of shit trolls themselves (LJ... if you don't believe me there are reasons why everyone else says so, and just look at his posts, it's not hard to find who is trolling), some are power hungry because they won't have any power in their lifetime (Cry4fun), and some base their mod decision making on whether they agree with the poster or not (wildcats).
