When I first saw this thread, I thought it was abou the North Dakota type weather we have been having in Ohio. It's been colder than a witch's tit lately. It was -3 below in Columbus yesterday morning.

No I was in the Marine Corps. I now work for the Government. I was working in DC but got a huge salary increase to come up to Grand Forks.
Minot it actually a pretty cool place. We are in Grand Forks so far not to bad. Yes they do get alot of Snow but it is a College City so there is alot of shit to do.
