Opening day, yes. There are more people there for a Monday night game than what you describe. Fail.

I just texted my g/f to ask her how many she people she remembers being there and she just said "about 13, maybe... if you include the employees". Lolz.

If the place was packed, then there would have been people sitting in the two side rooms with the big screens. Two big screens in one room, and one in the other. There wasn't a single body in either of those rooms.

I just love it because I was having a civil conversation, just describing the place. But apparently you have a problem with me because I went to a Steelers bar and am hating on it. You're so mad that you're making up a story.

LOL I was there. I was kicked out of the house that day because my fiancee had friends in town. The Steelers beat the Falcons and Dixon had a hell of a game passing.

You don't peek back anywhere. The entire space is open!

You walk in, and there's a bar with seats on both sides. When you're walking in, you look left, and there are also about four booths (where I was sitting), if you look right next to you to the left (while walking in), there is an OPEN AREA with a big screen. Nobody was sitting there.

If you walk past the booths (the kitchen entrance was to the back right) you see two huge big screens with a big WIDE OPEN area.

There was no need to be peeking in the back, or any people hiding. The place was not packed. You're either making up a blatant lie (which I have no clue why you would be), or you're thinking of a different place.

Not thinking of a different place. Have Weds happy hour there weekly with friends and watch about 6-7 games there yearly.

You can stick to your story as well as hating on every Steelers fan in Ohio as well as being dumbfounded as to why they were showing a Steelers game in a Steelers bar. You can meet up with my friends and I there Wed at 5:30 pm for a drink if you want.

Lol I probably know you in real life, which is the scariest thing. I used to live in Pataskala and a good friend of mine lives in Blacklick.

I actually grew up in Sunbury, went to Big Walnut. I bought a house out here about 4 years ago. I knew nothing about this side of town until I moved here.

I live about 15 miles from the border. I can get to PNC, Heinz, and Consol faster than I can get Progressive, the Q or Browns Stadium.

When I was about 7 years old, I remember my parents driving through the Fort Pitt Tunnel and coming out the other side and BOOM...it was like flying into a city. Thats when I fell in love with Pittsburgh. I will root for all Pittsburgh professional teams, the Steelers, the Penguins, and yes, the Pirates until the day I die. Even if I move 3,000 miles away from here.

I'm a Pirate fan through and through, I watch a few games here and there, follow the box scores every day, but I refuse to give them anymore of my money until the owners sell the team. Every year it's the same story, "we are looking to the future" when all they do is unload payroll at the trade deadline to ensure they make a bigger profit. I have no problem with the owners making money but at least TRY to put together a .500 ball club on the field, they're basically a minor league team playing in a MLB stadium. This is also the opinion of many Pittsburghers who LIVE in and around the city in Western PA. It's not that we don't love the Pirates, it's the fact that the fans are fed up with the Nuttings who run the franchise.
