I didn't want him to do anything. I was just annoyed by his smerk. That's nothing new though. The sight of Kyle Singler's face annoys me at all times.

How long will NC allow LIU to hang in there?

Classic blunder by the half time reporter. Roy looked like he wanted to punch her. We (HAD) a 14pt lead, and he walks off. LOL

Carolina has now blown this team out three times. However, they still haven't figured out that after doing so, you need to keep playing. LIU cuts a 21-point lead down to 12.

Just one time, I'd like to see Roy Williams call a damn timeout like a regular basketball coach. Drives me nuts.

Carolina wins it, 102-87. Absolutely pathetic defense. Zero intensity...no will to defend at all. If the Heels play defense like that in the next round, they're OUT!

Impressive game on the offensive side for Zeller, Barnes, and Henson.

Zeller had 32 points and 9 rebounds. Barnes had 24 points and 16 rebounds. Henson scored 28 points, grabbed 11 boards, and had 6 blocks.

Kendall Marshall added 10 assists with only 3 turnovers.

Despite scoring 102 points, however, the perimeter shooting was atrocious. 3-17 from beyond the arc. Gonna need some production from the bench, namely Leslie McDonald, who couldn't throw it in the ocean tonight.

I'll take the W no matter how ugly lol, as long as those three continue to put up numbers like that we got a shot to go a long ways.

After being pretty solid on defense this season, it's apparent that Carolina has decided that defense is no longer needed. Seriously, if they don't defend in the next round, I'm probably gonna have to be checked into a psychiatric facility. Washington shot lights out all day, but a lot of that has to do with the fact that Carolina refuses to get out and guard on the perimeter. Way too many easy buckets inside for U-Dub, along with offensive rebounds too. The Huskies did play a lot of zone today, which should be beneficial for the Heels since they'll most likely be getting Syracuse in the next round. We'll see what happens though.

Barnes was fabulous again today and Kendall Marshall, despite some dumb turnovers, set a UNC NCAA Tournament record with 14 assists. Zeller was huge for the Heels as well, scoring 23 and coming up with some big buckets in the second half.
