Hanie's not actually that bad. I haven't been paying attention to the NFL as much this year, so that's why I wonder why Collins is #2. He is awful. Hanie is a decent #2.

NFL rule is if a 3rd string QB is put in the game before the 4th quarter you can not go back to your 1 or 2.

It's correct by the rule book. But IMO, it's not intentional and should not be a foul. If there isn't supposed to be any head-to-head contact, why do they where helmets and facemasks?
