CBF is correct in this argument. Sure what he did wasn't bad. But Mbakwe was not supposed to contact her under any circumstances, and he did. If the girl didn't think it was a big deal, she obviously wouldn't have reported it to the authorities, but she did. Was it made to be a bigger issue originally than it should have? Absolutely. But you can't defend Mbakwe in this situation. The girl obviously doesn't want him to contact her at all.

Well if you had any reading comprehension skills, you would know that I am not talking about the assault on the broad, I am talking about messaging "hope all is well" on her facebook...which yes, is comparable to speeding.

No it is not. It would be like speeding in a car without a license.

I will..he knew she was having a rough time in her life, he said "hope you are okay"

If you think that's bad, that's fine...but there will be people defending him. I mean come the fuck on, he didn't say "HA HA! heard you are doing shitty!"

I understand what he did wasn't bad, and was blown out of proportion. But he violated a restraining order. Whether you want to defend it or not, he violated a restriction that was put on him by a judge. Will he serve jail time? No. But I would imagine he will be punished in some way (community service or something).

I agree that his heart was in the right place, but what he did was wrong. And that's a fact.

I am I wrong in thinking she should have dropped him from her friends list if she did not want any contact from the man? This would have avoided this particular situation.... but maybe she wanted to keep tabs on him? Hmmmm.

just not being friends with someone doesnt prevent you from messaging them. their profile would of had to of been blocked. but if Mbakwe had made a new profile he could still message her.

LOL...your ripping on my comprehension skills...yet you have NO fucking clue what a restraining order is all about and what NO CONTACT means. This AFTER already being charged with a FELONY. You just don't get it. Which really isn't a shock to me for some reason.
