I’m going to hate this …
61 years old, beat cancer twice, 6 foot and 235, little high blood pressure, type II sugar and full head of hair. Realized two weeks ago I have no ass anymore…
I consider myself (after see what other 61 year guys look like and their problems) a very health and lucky guy.
I know I am over weight and my family is on me about doing something about it. I put in a full day and the idea of adding something else is just crazy.
So here is what I’m going to do:
1. I’m going to sign up for weight watcher with my wife. This should be OK not a problem. We do the weight watcher meals some what but not totally. The wife is doing great with this program.
2. I’m signing up at a Local Physical Fitness Center (I would go where my wife works-out but she goes to a women only center)
As a long time ago athlete I hated workouts and gym work ………. I was never a gym rat
So why am I tell the OC this? Because I’m going to hate this and need encouragement and positive points that I could potential encounter by doing this. I know it for my health and to live longer and the family loves you….
I keep telling the wife if I get to chiseled, I may not be able to keep the other women off me…Her reply “I’ll take that chances”
Any other OC do the workout and how many time per week should I start with to be able to work into this …potential hell.
