Bababooey with the win! The score of the NC game is going to be like 45 - 35 easy.

Well...I'm going to stand by my educated pick/guess. I'm hoping that there are some early National Championship jitters that cause the offenses to come out and be somewhat out of sync. I'm also thinking that if the defensive coordinators have had a month to gameplan ,that they have been able to put somthing together to slow down the other team.

And after about 10 minutes worth of research, I figured that since the BCS started in 1998, there have been 636 points scored in 12 championship games, which averages out to 53 points per game. I don't know how much that matters when the Ducks are scoring about 49 ppg and the Tigers are scoring about 43 ppg, but that is what I am clinging to.

I suppose that all it really proves is that if you look hard enough, you can find stats to back up any point you want to make.

Bababooey, Good luck!

I think after the final four a #6/#10 would've been the lowest possible seeds. But yeah, I see a high scoring game, although I understand atomica's logic. Regardless. Auburn and Pitt are both gonna lose.

Good luck to you also. The final score will probably end up 34-31 :)

Enforcer, thanks for running this operation during the season. You've done a great job.

It is hard to believe that the season is down to the National Championship already.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!!!

So...what do I win? Vcash? The right to talk down to people?, my name etched in the OC Hall of Fame?

In all seriousness, it was a lot of fun. It made the games mean a little more each week, as well as the bowls. I probably wouldn't have cared much about the Independence Bowl if it wasn't the only game that FatHobbit and I had different in the 2nd round.

I can't wait to defend the title in the fall.
