Yeah.....one more day off so a little extra time.

I took each of the 12 playoff teams and for each team I added up their wins (simply added up the number of wins by each team they defeated).....and then also added up the number of losses by the teams that defeated them and then got a final record...it's fairly interesting.

For example:

THe Packers defeated teams with these win totals: 10,6,4,6,11,6,6,6,10,11 for a total of 76 wins
The Packers lost to teams with these loss totals: 5,10,9,3,10,2 for a total of 39 losses

So the Packers are a very respectable 76-39....for a winning % of 66.1%.....which would give them the #4 seed in the NFC....just behind the Saints.

Here are each playoff teams total:

AFC

#1 Patriots 113-16 87.9%
#2 Steelers 80-16 83.3%
#3 Ravens 81-21 79.4%
#4 Jets 71-26 73.2%
#5 Colts 68-43 61.1%
#6 Chiefs 61-51 54.4%

NFC

#1 Falcons 91-15 85.8%
#2 Bears 74-33 69.2%
#3 Saints 75-35 68.2%
#4 Packers 76-39 66.1%
#5 Eagles 81-51 61.4%
#6 Seahawks 45-65 40.9%

Overall NFL Playoff Rankings:

#1 Patriots
#2 Falcons
#3 Steelers
#4 Ravens
#5 Jets
#6 Bears
#7 Saints
#8 Packers
#9 Eagles
#10 Colts
#11 Chiefs
#12 Seahawks

Eagles were the only team to beat 4 10 win teams and then lose to 4 10 loss teams....though obviously Vick playing was a major factor

You are correct.......now the Chiefs are the only playoff team not to defeat another playoff team.....I think

Chiefs beat the Seahawks 42-24.....so every playoff team has at least 1 win versus the playoff teams

VS Playoff teams:

Patriots 6-1
Falcons 4-3
Saints 3-2

Packers 3-3
Ravens 3-3
Bears 3-3
Eagles 2-2

Steelers 2-4
Jets 2-4
Seahawks 1-3
Colts 1-2

Chiefs 1-1

The Chiefs some how only played one team with 10 or more wins...and that was the 10 win Colts.....extremely easy schedule in that manner.....some of these playoff teams faced 4-6 teams of 10 or more wins.

Patriots have 2 losses and they have 16 in the loss column of course 10 of those came from the Browns.
Looks like Seattle's 65 in the loss column 40% winning % didn't matter much.

Well...with my seedings it is #2 vs #4 in both conferences.

#2 vs #6 in the actual seedings

Both #6's have a very good chance....ugh teams will never play their starters again once they clinch playoffs
