The Vikings have one of the worst olines in the league, but yes Loadholt has played below expectations. I would still rather have him over Veikune. Green or Dline is the obv first round selection though. I'm becoming a Titus Young fan, after hearing about him at the senior bowl and the few games I saw him play, I think he can produce at the next level.

So I'm on Chevy's website last night looking at the colors and I say 'I'll make you a deal. I'll buy this Camaro under ONE condition. It will be orange with a wide white stripe, flanked by two smaller brown stripes (Cleveland Browns mobile) right down the roof & hood.

Apparently she wants a Camaro because she was cool with it. I'm debating whether I should really do it or not.
You should purchase this immediately.

While we're bringing up WR. A few pages back we were talking about Mount Union's Cecil Shorts as a late round pick. I don't think that'll be the case any more. On Mel Kiper's top 5 by position he's rated the #5 receiver in the draft right behind Hankerson. He's rated higher than Titus Young and Jeff Maehl.

I've heard Shorts projected as a 4th rounder but that is, of course, subject to change with the Combine, pro days, etc.

This. I would love to grab Hankerson in the 2nd round although I dont think he will be there. He was really impressive down at the Senior Bowl from what I understand

Never know, WRs tend to fall.

Just saw Scout.com's mock draft. Nothing earth shattering.

I can see Cecil moving up after the combine. He is with out doubt probably the fastest receiver in this draft. I would love for the browns to take him in the 4th-5th round. He would be a perfect fit for the wco

He's probably benefited hugely from Pierre Garcon's success in the NFL proving that guys from Mt. Union can cut it in the NFL.

Agreed. Plus with the emergence of guys like Danny Woodhead (also) I don't think that some of these teams consider it as much of a risk taking a flier on these smaller school kids.

Fastest receiver.. Yes. If he isn't the fastest he will definitely be top 3 fastest receiver.

So who do you blokes think will be the next head on the chopping block? I'm betting Steinbach gets traded or released.

Not sure if I like getting rid of Steinbach, but if that is the case, I say we should go after Logan Mankins.

Is there a money time frame with Steinbach, because with him, it all comes down the health. If they can wait and see how OTAs go, then wait.

His health and performance has declined significantly plus he's due a huge chunk of change. I have no issue with upgraded to a bigger, more powerful LG. Thomas is the one I'm worried about losing. I've heard when he hits FA he's going home to Green Bay.

the browns need to start trying to get joe thomas to sign that long term extenstion. the way it looks, there won't be a FA this year with the CBA. the owners walked away from the table and damn does that suck. that really hurts us. i did see mcshays new mock draft and he had the browns taking marcell dareus which i do not like. i think he is vastly overrrated. what i did find interesting he had patrick peterson going seven overall and i think if peterson is there while we are on the clock the browns have to take him. we have to draft BPA istead of drafting for needs. also mcshay had jj watt going 9 overall and didn't even have robert quinn in the top 10. he also had cameron hayward falling out of the first round, guess he had tommy john surgery.

ive had the chance to watch cecil shorts play college football. my brother played for mount union this past year and damn dude is a gamer. if we could get titus young in the second and shorts in the 4th or 5th round i would be a happy camper.

oh and i thought eric steinbach had agruebly his best year of his career this past year. wasn't he selected as as a pro bowl alternate?

i bet jake dellhomme, mike bell could both possibly be cut maybe even robiskie or massaqui as a surprise.

I highly doubt Cleveland allows JT to get away.

No reason to cut MoMass. Servicable #3 or #4 WR.

If you cut mike Bell (not saying he is good) who are your RBs?

Hopefully hardesty gets healthy. I say the Browns pickup an RB in FA. Michael Bush could be a solid spell back.

just said i could see it as a surprise. his poor ability to find a soft spot in the zone and his poor ability to get seperation on man coverage. maybe it was the coach.

right. im banking on hardesty or a drafted guy or FA if there is one. mike bell is the same type of runner as hillis. we need speed. michael bush would be solid. really liked him coming out of college

I loved watching Michael Bush run for Louisville. That'd be a solid pick up.

I honestly believe our young receivers have not developed yet because of the poor WR coach we had here. Now that we have a former player who is now the coach and knows the NFL game....I think we will see a dramatic increase in Momass and Robo's numbers especially with the new offense. Getting a #1 guy will also help them.

My brother went to Mount Union so I was able to watch both Garcon and Shorts.....gotta say it's pretty hard for me to pick one over the other. They are a very similar WR, and both will be successful at the next level. The thing you look for with them is how they adapt to the NFL game coming from Div. III college ball.

Running back this year will hopefully be more like a stable.....Hillis is the guy, and then Lord willing Hardesty stays healthy for the season. Bring in a guy in FA that can be your 3rd down back and catches the ball well I think that position is fine....for now.

I've always liked Bush as well, but I don't understand the thinking behind it. Like shook_17 said, we need someone with speed. Granted I haven't watched many Oakland games over the years, but aren't Hillis and Bush basically the same type of runner? They're both relatively the same size. I realize Bush would probably be a good upgrade over Bell, but I don't really think he's the change of pace back we need.
