I'm VERY impressed with 'Bama today. I knew their offense would show up, wasn't sure about their D. They're playing to their full potential just like they did in the first half against Auburn.

I think he means when playing to full potential 'Bama is the best SEC team, which they kinda proved for a half against Auburn but because they didn't win you can't say that.

Everyone and I knew that the SEC east was horrible this year. This year the 2 usual top east teams (UF and UGA) were horrible. All the good SEC teams are in the west. Five ranked teams, and 4 teams that can play with almost anybody.

Got into this whole debate last night on Bourbon St. with an SEC fan about this, and he convinced me of the validity of the point I stated above. Everyone (except for Cats) knows the SEC is extremely mediocre after the top 2 (sometimes 3, but normally 2).
Yeah, the SEC isnt deep with Aub, Ark, LSU and Bama this year?!?!?! We see what Bama is doing to the Big 10 tri-champ. The west was loaded, while the east was pitiful.

i think most big 10 fans will agree that Michigan State is overrated. Plus they are without their leading receiver.
About Florida being horrible..didnt it take a fake field goal or overtime or something for LSU to beat them? Whats that make LSU?

lol you act like Alabama beating on MSU is a big deal. Anyone with a brain saw this outcome coming. I was actually surprised Bama was only giving 7-8.5. I would have thought at least 10, maybe 10.5

As soon as I found that out I ran over to Harrah's to drop $100 on 'Bama, only to find out Harrah's doesn't have a sportsbook. What kinda casino doesn't have a sportsbook?
And yeah, MSU definitely was only co-champs b/c of their joke schedule this year.

If there was a lock on any game today that was it. Bama its just superior in talent from top to bottom. I also think Wisky is a damn near lock too. I know! I wanted a quick 2 team parlay 'Bama and Wisky and debated putting T Tech on there also. Seriously dude, what casino doesn't have a sportsbook. I'm not a gambler either, I really only bet games I'm super super confident in and those are 2 of them.

I'm guessing only in Vegas? I've been to the Harrah's in New Orleans, but didn't stay long. Set up an account online...it doesn't take long. Go back in the history on this site. I kept saying all year that MSU was way overrated and overhyped and people thought different. I said Bama would whip them also. MSU only played one ranked team all year, kinda like others I know.

Count me as another who thought MSU was nothing special. One of my good friends is a MSU fan and we went back and forth all year about it.
Was MSU a good team? Hell yes. Were they a great one? Not in my opinion.
