1. New England 13-2 (1)

2. Baltimore 11-4 (5)
...No clear cut team for this spot. Ravens on paper have as much as any team besides New England but that Polamalu play may cost them big in the seeding, unless the Browns can pull off a shocker against the Steelers.
3. Pittsburgh 11-4 (4)

4. Atlanta 12-3 (2)
5. New Orleans 11-4 (6)
...That was a good game for TV sake but I don't think it really changed much. They may meet for a third time and that will be the big one.

6. Chicago 11-4 (8)
...Why not? It's the 25-year anniversary of the '85 team and they're looking tough at the right time.
7. Philadelphia 10-5 (3)
8. N.Y. Jets 10-5 (7)
9. Indianapolis 9-6 (10)
...Even though slightly undermanned this year, the desperation mode the past four weeks has probably made this a dangerous team to face in the playoffs.
10. Kansas City 10-5 (12)
...They won't be given much of a chance in the AFC playoffs but they're in and they have some firepower. I don't think any stadium will be louder.
11. Green Bay 9-6 (14)
12. N.Y. Giants 9-6 (11)
13. Tampa Bay 9-6 (17)
14. Jacksonville 8-7 (13)

15. San Diego 8-7 (9)
16. Oakland 7-8 (15)
17. St. Louis 7-8 (23)

18. Miami 7-8 (18)
19. Minnesota 6-9 (21)
20. Detroit 5-10 (25)
21. Dallas 5-10 (16)
22. Washington 6-9 (28)
23. Tennessee 6-9 (19)
24. Cleveland 5-10 (24)
25. Cincinnati 4-11 (29)
26. Houston 5-10 (20)
27. Buffalo 4-11 (22)
28. Seattle 6-9 (26)
29. San Francisco 5-10 (27)
30. Arizona 5-10 (30)
31. Denver 4-11 (31)
...Good luck trying to rank these teams.

32. Carolina 2-13 (32)

Green Bay is too low but I dig it other than that.

It might be a stretch but I'd put Kansas City up in that 7 spot. Cassel has been light's out.
