Eh. Surprising to see 5, but I don't think any of them didn't deserve it.

* Andre Gurode, center
Mat McBriar, punter
* Jay Ratliff, interior lineman
* DeMarcus Ware, outside linebacker
* Jason Witten, tight end

* means starter.

Hard to really argue against any of those guys though..sucks that Rodgers didn't make it but those 3 are definitely deserving.

The only thing I could see is Brees' interceptions..but ehhh

I would put Rodgers in over Ryan but that is just my opinion.

Harrison, and Troy as starters. Pouncey as a back up, nice job by the rook.

Vick is the most exciting player inf ootball and the philly fans love him and voted him im sure, Ryan is leading the probable #1 team in the conference(while putting up pretty much teh same numbers, i know with 1 less game played by Rodgers) and Brees is putting up good numbers. Rodgers has no legit reason to be upset

The QB spot really doesn't matter....the NFC will have 5 QB decline and Eli Manning as the 10th best QB will be playing much of the game...against David Garrard on the AFC side.

the NFC pro bowl Rbs (Turner, Jackson and Peterson) have a combined 0 pro bowl O-lineman from their team lol

As far as NFC QBs go, its safe to assume one of the three named to the team today won't be playing in the Pro Bowl because they will be getting ready for the Super Bowl, so Rodgers will likely get the nod.

Pittsburghs run defense is on historic pace and only 1 of the front 7 make it. The pro bowl selection is a joke. Congats to Pouncey though he deserves it.

Who else deserves to get in the Pro Bowl from Pitt? Woodley or Hood maybe? Honest question dont follow Pitt too closely

so they should have 6 defensive players on the Pro bowl team? I mean theyre good, but damn lol

I love Woodley(Michigan fan) But Wake, Suggs and Farrior are all easily playin better as OLB's this year. Mayo is tied for the lead in Tackles amongst AFC Lb's and plays on the best team int he league so of course hes gonna get the nod over Timmons/Farrior IMO.

Hampton doesn't put up alot of stats because his job is to take on two linemen to make space for the linebackers. He does his job very well but I can understand why he is over looked.

I'd say Hampton over Seymour.

Hampton doesn't play that many snaps but that's because when he's in there in the base defense, teams either get shut down quickly in the run game or they just don't even try. That's still a big impact.

Timmons is having a great year. I don't think he got snubbed necessarily but he just lost out in a numbers game. Only two inside linebacker spots for three deserving players. He might make it eventually if the Patriots or Ravens make the Super Bowl, Mayo or Lewis won't play in the Pro Bowl.

I think Rodgers just may be getting ready for the Super Bowl that week so he won't need the nod.

No, they don't have much of a running game that is for sure but I think Kuhn gives them enough of one with how good Rodgers is.
