Curious how you use it at work? We have a couple people in our California office that we'd like to sync files with the Ohio office. Wonder if this would work?

Would work excellentely.

If what you wanted was a folder/folders where you can put files in and have them available in both locations.

WebFire:
Mostly transferring large zip files since email attachments are limited to just 10MB and sometimes our outside vendors need to work with much larger files.

You never completed the process. You have to install it onto a computer and link that to your account first.

You could create a shared folder called "Work" (or whatever you wanted to call it) and then invite the other people you want to have access to it. Those people must be on dropbox as well. They would then accept your invite to the shared folder and boom, now that folder syncs with everyone.

What is a feasible amount of space? I'm talking tens or hundreds of GBs that we need to share.

That wouldn't be possible with a free account but they do have a "teams" account that you can pay for. It's not cheap, though.

Actually, $795 per year for 5 users and 350 GB with centralized management is doable for me. Looks like the referral might actually turn into something!

Any idea if it has any check-in/check-out capability? What happens if two people open the same file and edit?
