Steelers did clinch a playoff berth somehow. You hate backing in but they missed the playoffs last year so we'll take the extra football and be on our way.

Steelers probably need to beat the Panthers and Browns to win the division and secure a bye

although if the Ravens lose to either the Bengals or Browns and the Steelers win one the Steelers will win the division

if the Ravens lose they would have three division losses and even a Steelers loss to the Browns would only be two division losses

I think I saw last week that this game is on KDKA.

Even though it's on NFL Network.

That's the only way Carolina could win this game. Frankly, I won't be surprised at all if the Steelers continue to get fucked by the officiaiting.

If the Steelers continue to force no turnovers without Troy AND give up a special teams TD....it will be nail-biting tight like every freaking other game.

Carolina may be the worst team in football.....but their winning streak is greater than ours.

Come on man, it's not as bad as you guys are making it out to be. And yes, I have seen pretty much all the Steeler games this year.

I thought you guys were supposed to maintain order on here, not contribute to the pissing matches and bitch fests.

Mods are supposed to make sure nobody is breaking any rules. Other than that, we are regular posters just like everyone else. No rules were broken in a post telling someone they need to get over it and quit crying about it. Truth hurts I guess?

Panthers have the 23rd ranked rushing defense in the NFL but they're not bad at defending the pass as they rank 8th in that category. The Steelers have the 24th ranked pass defense but the #1 rush defense in the league.

The Panthers are dead last in the league in passing offense. The Steelers are 18th. Both teams are pretty good at running the football as the Steelers check in 9th and the Panthers 12th.

Jonathan Stewart has started to get it going lately. The Steelers need to shut him down and force Clausen to beat them. If they can get some pressure on him the Steelers should win this one going away. I also expect heavy doses of Mendenhall in this game.

Those 3 loses are versus the Jets, Pats and Ravens three pretty good football teams. I don't think the Steelers forced any turnovers in those 3 games. Maybe 1.
