At best, Orlando stayed even keel. This trade doesn't put them over Miami or Boston in the East.

I don't really like the trade because they traded away Pietrus and Gortat, who really solidified the bench. VC and Lewis were assets that could be lost for the right pieces, and I think the return they'll get from Arenas and JRich will more than make up for those two..

Not really sure about Hedo, but he hasn't been the same since leaving Orlando. Maybe he'll gain some form back, but I wouldn't bank on it.

I've been wondering to myself if this move was just a backdoor move to an even bigger one for Orlando. We'll see.
