My predictions:
If McCoy starts: 24-17 Browns
If Wallace starts: 14-14 Tie
If Delhomme starts: 28-10 Bengals(just because Palmer will throw a pick 6)
Neither team should really want to win this one. Should be a great game!!

I keep thinking the Bengals are going to pull out a W and they let me down so I am going with the Browns by 7.

It's the one game a year I attend, so I'm hoping for solid weather and a fun game. Really hope that McCoy gets the start, as I really don't want to watch Delhomme and Palmer dual each other for worst QB in the NFL.

A teacher at my school is trying to sell her tickets as she cannot attend. They are $80 tickets and she wants to sell both for $100 total.
Row 13 on the goal line of the Bengal's side.

The battle for Ohio bragging rights. Should be an instant classic. But I'll tell yinz this, If someone from the Browns knockout T.O. or Stinko I'll void my bet with durkie.

I like the Bungals in this one 17-10. The Clowns drop their final three to go 5-11 just like I predicted.

On the Grossi podcast today he said he thinks we saw the last of FAILhomme for the season, if not ever. HooRay! Lets hope he's right.

I am going to stick up for the Cleveland quarterback whoever it is. Their offensive game plan is pretty one dimensional. Hillis to the right, Hillis to the left, throw to Hillis out of the backfield on third down. If a defense can neutralize Hillis and make someone else beat them, the cupboard is bare.
Who is the quarterback's go to Guy if Hillis isn't on the field?
They try to incorporate Cribbs in the offense but every time he is one the field the play is going to him. That is pretty easy to dissect and defend.
The quarterbacks in Cleveland are walking into a gun fight with no bullets for their guns.

Thing is, Hillis on a 2-yard out is never going to be the first read, but Delhomme often doesn't even look at anyone else. I'm sure no OC designs his passing game to average 7yds/completion.

My internet at home was out, so all I knew about Cleveland's game yesterday was (a) Hillis was doing good and (b) they still only scored six points. I just looked at the box score. Good god... He didn't have a 3/4-pick meltdown game, but 12-20, 86 yards...that's just pathetic regardless of weather conditions.
As for this game, with a competent quarterback, I'd pick Cleveland. Cincy still is playing hard and is capable of playing with teams, but they seem to have a couple Murphy's Law moments every game where something happens and you'll just be like, "Yup, after they lose this one, they'll point to that play as the reason."

In fairness....he sucks, but the entire team stunk it up pretty bad. Hillis decided to play basketball....constantly dribbling the ball on the floor.

Except the one time he should have, when Hillis was wide open in the redzone, and it was a sure TD if he passed to him.

Yea, I was irate!! In fairness though, Hillis had run more than 2 yards down the field, so Delhomme probably couldn't find him.like_that;599898 wrote:Except the one time he should have, when Hillis was wide open in the redzone, and it was a sure TD if he passed to him.
