Sean Canfield has been flawless tonight so far. The secondary is supposed to be the strength of the Oregon defense but they have looked out of sync tonight.
I'd say that's a big "supposed"...this is the 3rd time I've seen Oregon this year, and they've been thrown all over in all 3 games.

And if OSU plays..well OSU, yes James Rodgers will be the best WR Ohio State has faced all year (since whats his face was hurt when we played USC). I said Oregon State would win two days ago, and I'm gonna stick with it. OSU up by 2 at halftime, they get the win by 1 on the road. something like 45-44 probably.
I'd say Benn is a better WR than Rodgers...but unfortunately for Benn, he's got Juice throwing him the ball so he wasn't much of a factor against OSU.

Chekwa better come ready to play against Rodgers if OSU wins this one because this Canfield kid can play some QB.

Their personnel in the back end is the best on the defense. Obviously the loss of the Walter Thurmond III was a big blow at corner. Oregon likes to commit a lot of guys to stop the run, and they have done that in pretty much every game this season. That leaves a ton of 1 v 1 matchups on the outside and that has certainly been the case tonight, and they have lost those battles tonight.

This Oregon defense is just appalling. Too easy.

Oregon's pass defense is terrible, but Pryor isn't good enough to exploit it, so it won't be a factor if Oregon comes back and wins tonight.

Is Canfield the best LH QB I've seen since Steve Young? He does zip the ball, I can tell you that if they win and if it is OSU-OSU, we better put heat on the QB or he will throw for 500+. The Beav OL doesn't look that great, so SC only has about 3 seconds to get rid of the ball, or the Ducks D is good (doubt it).

It makes me sick to see Blount in there. If he can be eligible, so should Dez Bryant.

Oregon doesn't play D. Oregon State gets a field goal right back.

33-28.

And Oregon scores right back. 34-33 with XP coming.

They're going for 2. Didn't get it. 34-33.

jesus... come on Oregon State... I'd much rather play them than Oregon because Masoli can go off at any time.

Are we thinking 56 points to win this game?

Was glad to see the Beavers hold them to a F/G on that drive being it looked like the refs missed a block in the back on the big pass play.

I don't know who I'd rather play.

Both these teams are dangerous.

I have a feeling Oregon would be very very dangerous to play in a big game like the Rose Bowl. Especially with Blount back paired up with James and Masoli in the backfield.

But Oregon State could hang with Ohio State better physically.

37-33 Oregon

Rodgers just made a ridiculous catch while getting mugged. So OSU has it down in the redzone.

Oregon's D picked a great time to show up. Big, big stand.

Edit: Oregon State going for it on 4th and 15 maybe. I would kick the field goal unless the kicker isn't capable of a 45 yarder.

I guess OSU didn't feel like blocking those last 3 plays. 4th and 15 coming. 6:30 left.
