SportCenter is an entertainment clips show. Should they report on it and raise some questions? Yes, and I'm sure they will. Would it be as much as if this dealt with a conference that they don't have a huge contract with? Probably not. But dealing with issue like this isn't their goal. Providing sports entertainment is their goal. Besides, look at all of the "liberal" news networks out there. None of them are really that liberal because they are all owned by major corporations that benefit from Republican policies, but no one seems to complain about that. The only news network that can be truly liberal is PBS because it's publicly funded. You just don't bite the hand that feeds you. Same concept.
It's their goal when they want it to be, but they're not going to upset their money conference.
