one of those SEC teams? I'd like a piece of either Auburn, LSU, or Alabama.

Also, there's no doubt about it, OSU is going to another BCS game, and I wouldn't want to play OSU(even if I was Wisconsin).

Ohio State can play an SEC team in the Sugar Bowl if they beat UM, in fact they probably would because they would undoubtedly be the first pick from at-large teams, which the Sugar Bowl has. Ohio State would play an SEC team in the Capital One Bowl if they lose to UM.

Here are your likely choices by scenario:

winner of LSU/Arkansas if Auburn wins out
Auburn, if they lose to Alabama but beat South Carolina
South Carolina, obviously if they beat Auburn

I saw two Bowl projections on ESPN's website...

OSU vs. Va. Tech in the Orange Bowl
OSU vs. Alabama in the Capital One Bowl

Any analyst that sees OSU getting left out of the BCS if they beat Michigan being a 1 loss team is absolutely brain dead and should be fired

Even though there's more "prestige" playing in/winning a BCS Bowl.....I'd want 'Bama if I was an OSU fan. They're a tougher opponent.

If Alabama beats Auburn they will play in a BCs game,so they would most likely play Alabama in the Sugar Bowl

If Alabama beats Auburn, I no longer think they would jump Boise State simply because of the criminal stink around their program. That means the SEC champion, presumably Auburn, would play in the Sugar Bowl and Alabama would be an at large pick for most likely the Orange Bowl where they would slaughter Virginia Tech.

And that assumes that LSU loses to Arkansas, which I figure they will. An 11-1 LSU might get picked over 10-2 Alabama.

also, if and when Auburn loses, Boise will move up to #2. They will pass TCU after they beat Nevada

I don't know a bout Ty, but I'm old school BIG TEN. That means, when it comes to bowls you root BIG TEN over intraconference rivalry's. That means, as a Buckeyes fan, I'm rooting for UM over any PAC10 team, ACC, SEC etc. I would assume that the feeling is mutual. I have to admit there are a lot of punks out there who don't understand this, but that's the way it is.

I would assume, that when Ty says he wants to see Boise matched up against OSU, he wants to see Boise put in their proper place....that is sucking hind tit to any BIG TEN team.

it looks like pitt is going to bcs bowl also. now that is a testimony of how prestigious a bcs bowl game is.
