I told you guys they would turn it around, too much talent on this team plus losing isn't in Crosby's DNA.

FYI, Staal should be back in about a week and once he gets game fit they could hit another gear........scary thought.

I would say Sid is playing the best hockey of his career so far.

And what's great is he's getting a lot of help, too.

The game seems to be coming easy for this team because they're all doing their part.

They also play at Columbus Saturday, which is always a fun game.

This team is playing like its the playoffs. I love it when they lay down to block a shot. Sid is just sick. Watch him shoot. He sees things, some can only dream of seeing.

The game saturday here in Columbus is now officially sold out. I'm glad I bought my tickets back in september.

Sid is showing why he's the best player in the world.

Also, Geno needs to start playing up to his contract.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to catch many Pens games so far this season....damn I miss Center Ice! I did catch the Rangers game the other night....I actually wanted to go but I waited around too long and tickets were outrageous.

Crosby seems to be in boss mode already!

The deflection goal Sid scored last night off of Orpik's shot was sick! Non hit it on the head, Crosby is playing the best hockey of his career right now and is the undisputed best player in the world at the moment.

At some point they will have to cool off but it's been fun to watch lately.

After watching that Cavs game last night ..I am so grateful we have a hockey team instead of an NBA team ...Atleast in Pittsburgh our athletes fight for our town ....

All kidding aside, Pittsburgh fans should cherish what they have. Crosby is playing some amazing hockey right now. The total game, the way he passes and works with his teammates, finishing plays, even some tough gritty play from a superstar. And this may very well go on all season until at least April and maybe into May and June.

True but that's all about the Pirate ownership, they're cheap and have the fans that still attend brainwashed. I love all Pittsburgh teams but I will not go to a Bucco game or even spend a dime on merchandise until the Nuttings are gone!

If the Pirates can pick up a pitcher or two they'll have a chance to be respectable next season.

They were trying to get De La Rosa before he re-signed with Colorado and there have been some rumors that Brandon Webb is interested in signing with the Pirates.

They have a good nucleus of position players that will continue to get better and at least be somewhat entertaining to watch.

Regardless of the ownership, things shouldn't be nearly as bad as they've been, over the next 3-5 years I'd say.
