Looks like Rittman will have a chance to clinch the outright title on Wednesday. Great game today and I would say it wasn't as close as the final indicates. Rittman practically dominated in every aspect of the game

Not trying to be a homer....but Rittman has both the MVP and Coach of the Year. Lance Horner has been dominant on the mound. Staley has coached the best team in the league to a nearly perfect county record and a top seed in their district

Rittman does it! Held off Dalton and won at least a share of the WCAL crown. A win over either Waynedale or Hillsdale gives them the title outright!!

Congrats to the Indians on the WCAL crown. Horner should get MVP and at least 4 others should get some form of all league honors. Epic year for the tribe, I hope it ends in a state title.

also, Do you think it will help or hurt Rittman if weather forces the tournament runs well into June?

Well Horner needs all the rest he can get. So I'm thinking it might help them if the tournament takes a little while longer. I do know that it is hard to get pumped up everyday only to find out you have to wait till tomorrow to play. And I see at least 4 who should get all league honors besides Horner in Beery, Hooser, Bauman, and possibly Williams.

Rittman wins 8-0 behind a one hit shutout from Lance Horner. 15 strikeouts on only 86 pitches. The Tribe moves on to play Central Christian who was a 4-0 winner over Western Reserve. ROLL TRIBE!
