correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the tear drop tats mean that's how many dudes you've killed? looks like 7 or 8 there he must be a bonafide killer

I believe so in some parts. This guy has a record but no murders until now.

Depends on the gang. Some people also have them as in memory type thing. But 9 times out of 10, yeah he killed people.

Can't find a pic of the other side of his neck but its the same design with "BIRD" in it.

As a huge fan of the show Lockup...this is a topic that has been covered many times.

If the tear drop is filled in, it means you killed someone. If the tear drop is not filled in, it means you saw someone get killed.

So it looks like a bunch of that dude's friends got killed.

Huge SWAT standoff yesterday ended up in ol boys arrest above!

This guy shot his TV last night after watching Bristol Palin on DWTS:
