Really enjoyed the Big Red marching band at the Dover-Steubenville game. Their play in the endzone during warm up was cool. I can certainly see why you all find them inspiring!
Can anyone post the play list from their halftime show? There was a song they played that my wife has had in her head since and cannot grasp the title.

Yes they did, and since you were asleep, you probably didn't know that Marlington beat Dover.

Of course I'm crazy about our own Big Red Band. Heck, I get chills just walking up to the stadium & hearing them already inside playing especially at an away game. But, I have to tell you Dover's band is imo also TERRIFIC! I first saw them play at a band competition back in the 70's or 80's and have been a fan ever since! Great sound & they have a unique style, kind of college like where they play short stuff in between plays. I like how they line up when sitting in the end zone seats with the tubas on the side. The majorette outfits are beautiful and I have always liked the old style boots.
Boy would I love to see Dover and Big Red play every year in the regular season: two really good teams; outstanding bands; and both stadiums oozing with atmosphere!

My suggestion, Go with Dorthy & Toto, when the Wizard attempts to give the Lion his courage....snatch it and give it to Dover, they could use it more against you than the Lion could against the Wicked Witch.

Thanks I talked to you on yappi or huddle

Why should we? Our 2010 schedule got us a home game in the playoffs. It's unfortunate that we didn't do more with the opportunity, but that's life. I'm predicting that in 2011 we will make a deep run in the playoffs no matter who we play in the regular season.

"Our 2010 schedule got us a home game in the playoffs". Yea, and that same schedule "kept you home for the playoffs". Good luck with that.

Our schedule had nothing to do with it. We were one play away from beating Dover. If we had made that one extra yard and had beaten them, what would you have said then?

One play away? If ifs and buts were candy and nuts, we'd all have a merry christmas.

We played a tougher schedule than anyone else in Region 11. Our schedule was not the reason we lost to Dover.

Fact is we played a monster schedule ...7 playoff teams in the reg season ..Injuries kept us from a title run this year....but thats life ..we still won 8 and made a playoff game ..not good for us but pretty good for most .....
