Miller was good. Good riddance on Morgan though. I dont need to know how black kids arent playing in the streets like they used to. One Sunday was enough.

I'm guessing they are going to be replaced by Yankees or Red Sox guys.

I can't believe this.

I think these two are great.

Morgan has a massive ego but he does know a lot and they seem to have some good conversations throughout the game.

I'd rather they go to Fox and be the top team for the World Series.

ESPN thinks Dan Shulman is God's gift to announcing. He's no big deal whatsoever.

Dan Shulman carries a broadcast better than most out there.

He's solid but I never undersood the big deal. Average voice. Not that exciting.

Miller is a classic baseball announcer.

Sets the scene well for primetime baseball and has a pretty good flair for the dramatics.

I think this is a good opportunity for FOX or TBS to upgrade their coverage, especially for the playoffs.

In his defense, for college basketball at least, he is with Vitale.

In the other sports he isnt overly exciting, but sometimes that is alright. Just in general, he has a plan for the broadcast and accomplishes it. I really like the way he interacts with the color guy and lets them do the talking.

Agree with this. But leave Morgan behind.

Kinda disappointed that Miller is gone, definitely not upset about Morgan though. It was time for him to go. Maybe he'll turn up on some Reds broadcasts when Welsh and the Cowboy aren't available

I like announcers that enhance the coverage on their own.

Some people don't like that but that's just my preference.

I always felt Dick Enberg did that with just about any sport. Certainly Gus Johnson. Marv Albert on the NBA.

The Dan Shulmans and Mike Breens of the world do solid professional work but don't bring anything special.

This would I assume to be a move to increase viewership, I suppose Morgan turned off enough people to warrant his ousting, but hardly think the floodgates will open with renewed interest because Morgan is gone.

Baseball sucks, Sunday Night Baseball sucks even harder. I wish they'd just take it off TV already.

While I like baseball, I agree with the SNB sucking. Unless you're a fan of one of about a half-dozen teams, there's never any reason to watch it, as it's used to choke the Yankees, Red Sox, Cards, etc. down everyone's throat.

Morgan was irritating at times....but IMO is one of the most knowledgable analysts.

I liked Miller and Morgan but understand a time for change......but FOX will keep McCarver forever and he is atrocious way too often.
