With Fab4, wildcats20, Stephen A Smith and me in attendance....I don't see how the Jets even compete in this one.

Since the Browns actually look like a pro football team now, I want to bitch about this ridiculous schedule. The Browns will only play 4 teams this season that currently have a losing record, Cincinnati twice, Carolina, and Buffalo. Give me a fucking break.

You're probably right.

Since the Jets were able to save face and not lose to the Lions I'll likely still be coming into town for this game.

I would like to bitch as well. I can understand the NFC teams since they pay a new nfc division every year, but how the hell did they end up with the Pats and Jets back to back after having a 5 win season the year before?

Cool, look us up...am sure Fab4 will be a trainwreck, but I have to behave since Stephen A(my kid) will be there. I think we are hitting up the muni lot very early.

We will be in the muni's as soon as we can get in. This will be my 1st game of the season. I think the Browns can beat the Jets, if they can confuse Brees and Brady they can certainly give Sanchez a hard time

I just posted this in the other thread, but the schedule is completely ridiculous.
Also, I just looked it up and the Browns have to have the hardest schedule inthe league up to this point. Out of 8 games, they have played only 1 team with a losing record (Cincinatti) and their opponents have a combined record of 41-22 for a .650 wining %, and that only figures to get stronger next week when a 6-2 Jets team comes to town. That is crazy.

Same here. I think we are leaving at around 5 in the morn and hoping for a 630 arrival time.

The NFL schedule follows a specific pattern.

Browns play every team in the AFC East because it's just that turn in the rotation. They played the entire AFC West last year and they'll play the entire AFC South next year.

They also play whatever NFC Division falls under the rotation. This year it's the NFC South. Next year it will be the NFC West.

Besides those eight games, they also play six games in their own division, for 14 games.

The final two games are against the teams in the conference that finished in the same place in their division, but are not from the division you play every team. Jacksonville and Kansas City are those two teams.

Every team in the same division plays the exact same schedule except for 2 games. Those 2 games are based on where you finished the year before.
The AFC North plays the NFC South (4games) and the AFC East (4games) and 6 division games this year and the Browns 2 other games are against KC and Jacksonville who finshed in the same position in their div. Cincy who finished 1st in Div last year got Ind and SD who also finished 1st in their div.

Edwards is a stupid punk. Still can't believe he thought the fans didn't like him because he was from Michigan. No Bray, it doesn't have anything to do with the fact that you dropped two passes a game, some for touchdowns...idiot.

I think Browns fans can legitimately be excited if we can beat the Jets. The five after that are very winnable, but closing out the season with Baltimore and Pitt will be tough, but at least they are both home games.
