Childress is an awful coach, but he was dead on in this situation. Percy Harvin is the biggest pussy in the NFL.

Only in Minnesota could Brad childress be brought in to become a head coach, while Brian Billick and Mike tomlin leave the organization. That pretty much tells me all I need to know about the Vikings.

I think if they lose this one to Arizona he's on his way out... of course they just got the ball in great field position in OT after a frantic comeback so he may stay for another week

I think he's on his way out unless they somehow miraculously turn around the season and win the SB. It's just a matter of at what point this season,or at the very end of it.

Who gets the better big name coach next year, the Vikings or the Gophers?

Favre should be calling all the plays on offense. He knows the system way better than Childress, and the players respect him more. Childress should also be kissing his ass on a daily basis because Favre got him his contract extension last year, and saved his job today with that comeback. Ziggy should have done the organization a favor and kept Moss and fired Chilly this week as he was originally inclined to do according to reports.

Instead he is taking cheapshots at Favre
"I'm not gonna be here and be like Favre and tell you that I need a hug," Childress said. "I'll be all right."]
