Monday night in Cincinnati.

Bengals will look to snap a four game losing streak. It's a struggling team but they should have no problem getting up for the Steelers on Monday night at home.

Steelers better be careful. They remain in good position even after the loss to the New Orleans but this is a spot where they could stumble and go into a slide, like last year.

This will be a battle. Primetime games always bring out the best of the home team, especially when they are down like the Bengals agains a division foe.

The Steelers need to regroup this week. Will the overly cautious offensive game plan finally disappear? Can the defense get crucial third down stops?

The one thing the Steelers have going for them is the fact that the Bungles are completely disfunctional, they always find a way to blow the game. Pittsburgh knows too well that they let one slip away Sunday night in New Orleans and can't afford another mistep. I look for the Steelers to throw the ball more in this game, the Bungle pass defense isn't very good.

Can't blame the last few on Carson although he did make a few bad throws against the Dolphins.
Would love to see Cinci pull this off but they are a mess right now.

With New England, Oakland (crazy, I know), Baltimore and New York (Jets) remaining on the schedule....the Steelers really need to win games like this. As stated earlier, Cincy, at home at night, will be game but the Steelers should be ready to go too coming off a loss. I expect a much better showing by the offense and a Steelers victory.

A loss here could be the beginning of a downward spiral for the Steelers....

Forget the records, this game scares me. Remember last season we started 6-2 than went on a losing streak. You know T.O. and Chad will give it their all being the game is a Monday nighter. Big game for Pittsburgh plus it will put Cincy out of its misery.

Don't forget an away game against Cleveland.

Steelers have a pretty tough schedule. I thought Oakland and Buffalo would be a couple easy games but now Oakland is going to be another big game.

At Cincinnati
New England
Oakland
Buffalo
at Baltimore

Cincinnati
N.Y. Jets
Carolina
at Cleveland

If they win all of the games they should win -- Cincinnati twice, Oakland, Buffalo, Carolina and Cleveland -- that's six wins and at least an 11-5 record.

I think that will be enough to get a wild card berth but probably not the division or a bye. They probably need to beat Baltimore to finish 12-4 overall and 5-1 in the division. As long as the Ravens lose at least one other game besides Pittsburgh, the Steelers will win the tiebreaker.

I know they went on the run in 2005 as the No. 6 seed but that's not going to happen very often and not this year with the teams in the AFC.

Steelers need to get a bye, at least, if they want a shot at getting to the Super Bowl. It's a lot better to only have to win that one home game and then you're in the AFC Championship.

Right now they need a stretch of 4-1 and they'll be 9-3 after Baltimore. That would set them up for a run at the division and bye.

Sorry, man....but unless the Steelers have things wrapped up and have nothing to play for....I'm looking at that game as a "W" for the Steelers. Maybe there will be one helluva storm in Cleveland then so that could change things like last year.

Cleveland has been in every game this year, except for @ Pittsburgh. Their record does not show how good they actually are. I'm fairly confident they'll beat Pittsburgh at home.

I agree about the record part in relation to how good they actually are and you're entitled to your opinion. Outside of their 2nd meeting last year, though, I'm not sure what there is to base that on other than opinion. Not sure how any Browns fan could be "fairly confident." That would be like Michigan fans going into an OSU game feeling fairly confident. I respect your opinion but just don't agree. That's all.

How do you get behind an intra state rival regardless who they play? A true fan would be apathetic about this game.

OSU/Michigan is not comparable to Steelers/Browns. Sorry but its two different animals. OSU hasn't lost to Michigan since 2004; they've lost 1 or 2 games in the regular season the last several years. The Steelers, though enjoying great success, have lost to Cleveland in the last 7 years and in the NFL it's "okay" if you lose a game you shouldn't (at least a lot more so than in college football).

The Browns can beat the Steelers, the Wolverines cannot beat the Buckeyes.
