I used to make my parents get pizza with no sauce when I was little. No idea why...I have no problems with it now. I only like tomato sauce on pizza, though. I eat my spaghetti plain and pretty much skip any other kind of pasta.

We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with the items that you have purchased, you must return them to the store where you bought it for a new product or a refund of your money. Please consult with the manager from that store for a full explanation of our policy.
You should have taken it back. And I see nothing on their website that says you need to ask for sauce. If that really were the case then it would be stated somewhere or listed as a topping choice. The person you talked to on the phone was full of it.

^^^I think it was a mistake obviously on their part. That Tommy's is probably 14 miles from our house. We just happened to be in that area of town and had gotten pizza there before. Just to far to drive back, but I agree I should have asked to speak to a manager. This is kinda like years ago when I ordered a fish sandwich from the McDonalds at Rt. 665 and Hoover Rd. on the south side of Grove City. Got my order, hopped on to 71 north, unwrapped the sandwhich, took a bite and no fish patty. None!!! I turned around at Stringtown Rd. went back and got a refund that time.

Tommys in Cols is one of my favorites, I've never had a bad one.
