You'll need to send the entire regional bracket first (3 rounds) and then once the state pairings are determined you will need to send in that bracket.

I went ahead and patched up the brackets. I would still use them at your own risk, as I probably make more mistakes than just those two.

A few things...

First...dlazz...you rock...your template, despite the errors, made things a billion times easier..THANKS!

Third...when we get down to the final 4 where the rebracketing occurs...does everyone get a chance with the actual teams...or do you only get to continue if you still have teams in it from your original brackets?

I hope that made some sense...
