Horrible coaching, IMO. There is no reason to even attempt that pass at the end, especially not with a backup QB. You're already in field goal range, just kick the field goal.

I thought the same thing. Wisconsin played their worst game of their season and still beat Ohio State. Ohio State also played their best game that evening.

This loss can be blamed solely on Kelly for this one. You don't throw a pass when you have an extremely accurate field goal kicker, especially when he is a true freshman.
