I have no idea why it took me this long to realize this but....

The Nuggs have 2 of the best PGs to ever play at Carolina.

All I can do is laugh at bosh. Don't wanna dog him, but there's a reason I wanted haslem at pf with no bosh and a mix of felton and heywood. With 2 superstars, there isn't a difference between bosh and haslem. Hopefully haslem can get healthy enough for 20 solid minas in the playoffs. He'll make a big difference.

He had a bad night, but they were open looks. They'll be fine.

Even taking out his 3 point percentage(which is up considerably), he is shooting a lower percentage than either of the last two years. As for his points per shot, last year he scored 1.18 points per FGA and this year it is 1.24. Not a huge difference. I just don't believe he should be the MVP. His PER is only good for 13th in the NBA and 4th among point guards.

Honestly he's not a pure pg to me, more of a combo guard. Definitely a game changer though.

He'll be fine. I just believe in haslem so much more than the average fan. I'd rather have a full complete team with haslem at pf, instead of what they have. But hey, they got the fun stuff ahead. Give em hell...

He also has been missing two of his best players most of the season and has had to take a lot of shots. Who do you think is the MVP? No one player means more to his team than Rose.

No doubt that he is becoming one of the top players. I just don't buy into the MVP hype as much as most.

Once Haslem gets healthy, whether this year or next, they will find 25 minutes a night for him. He brings to many intangibles to the game to not have him on the floor.

Yeah thats why at one point there were reports that he had been traded away from the lakers, including reports from Cowherd. How easy it is to forget convenient facts.

No one was claiming Gasol was a "star" in his 8 years before he came to the Lakers on JJHuddle since the OC was not around then. Matter of fact he was an All Star 1 time out of his other 8 non lakers years in the League and was 0-12 in the Playoffs before he joined Kobe and the Lakers. Artest is not a star player either by the time he came to the Lakers.

Well I mean it's not like he was missing Boozer and Noah at the same time. They were a playoff team last year without the key additions they added in the offseason so it's not like he is playing with a bunch of scrubs. As great as he's been, I think the fact that he PER is as far down as it is, shows that he is still not in the category of Lebron, Kobe, Durant, etc. yet.

Yeah, a guy gettin 20 and 10 is just another ho hum player.

Face it, nobody does it by themselves. Kobe has had a legit big man star each time hes won a championship(not that theres anything wrong with that) But to sit here and act like Kobe is some kind of great guy because he stayed at home and had players join him instead of the other way around....is bullshit IMO

Especially when his home is in one of the NBA's marquee franchises. Not to mention that franchise resides in LA.

I would love to see the NBA team who won a ring without 2 star guys.....

There isn't one.

The closest thing to this would be the Rockets back to back wins.

David Lee
Zach Randolph
LeMarcus Aldridge

They have all been 20 -10 guys and they are not considered "Stars" in the NBA

Are they top 15 players? No

Gasol is a legit NBA star, top 15 player top 5 at his position easily. Most skilled big man in the NBA around the bucket.

Exactly! You act like there are not any other 20-10 guys out there and there is a lot of them...and once again NO ONE said those things about Gasol until AFTER he started playing with kobe and the Lakers.

Because he was playing on a bad team, anybody knowledgeable knew that Gasol was a beast. Kobe has 5 rings, and 5/5 times he has had a top 5 big man playing on his team. Stars pair up and win titles....point blank period. And if they add Howard next year...Kobe and Laker fans have even less room to talk
