I have been corrected. Chris Kaman was an All Star in 2010. Center from LA Clippers and Central Michigan. Born in Michigan.

It's comical that Denver is actually rejecting offers for Melo. He's gone regardless. Someone will get Melo for next to nothing when the trade deadline nears.

Melo had a pretty big night against the Pacers tonight.

36 on 14/27, 6/8 from 3, 8 boards...In only 32 minutes.

Cavs on the verge of getting a win?

Nevermind, Lopez just hit a 8 footer with 1.4 left to give the Nets a 103-101 lead.

Joey Graham had just hit a 3 from the corner to tie it with about 6 seconds left.

Side note, watching Baylor play tonight to get a look at Perry Jones. He hasn't stood out to me yet, esp not for a top draft prospect.

What makes it worse is they were on a 14 or 15 game losing streak, beat the Knicks, then went on this 17 gamer...yikes

I really don't see another W for the Cavs until February 13 at home against the Wizards. Possibly the 9th vs the Pistons.

Yeah, I thought it was too. Had to look at it again when I was looking at the remaining schedule.

But is there really a difference between 10 and 14-15 lol

The way they are going right now, that isn't out of the question.

There isn't a player out there that can turn around a franchise like there was with Bron, Durant, Melo and those guys.

This si the WORST draft to have the #1 pick in, in recent memory. There isnt a guy who I would normally take in the top 5 who will be eligible. Whats the status of Ricky Rubio? Will he be back in the draft, maybe the Cavs can snag him!

The Timberwolves will retain his NBA rights for one year after he stops playing professional basketball of any sort, at which time he may reenter the NBA draft (but does not become a free agent). Under the current NBA Collective Bargaining Agreement, when Rubio arrives in the NBA he will be subject to the rookie wage scale of the year he signs his contract. In the current CBA, there is a clause that states if Rubio were to play overseas for three or more years, he could negotiate past the rookie scale. The current CBA ends before Rubio could negotiate a raise, however, and it is widely thought that the new CBA will be worse for players (including foreign draft picks), not better. He will also be two years further away from restricted free agency by playing two years in Europe.
From wikipedia...so who knows if it's true or not..

Which? Only one I can think of off the top of my head that is going to compare is 2006.

Even 2000 had Martin, who was consensus. 2001 was bed, but produced Gasol in the top 5 right?

I mean, who is going to go #1??? Perry Jones? Kyrie Irving?

Oh fuck that

Anyone else just see the "highlight" from the Warriors/Spurs game on ESPN??

Timmy went down nasty, looking like it could be a pretty bad knee injury.
