Favre has a stress fracture in his ankle and is in a walking boot. Childress might be singing a different tune about Favre next Sunday after watching what Tavaris Jackson can do.

Brett Favre is a fucking awesome, anyone who says differently should be buried alive.

But this team is not clicking and I'm not sure you can pin it all on Favre. They don't run the ball well enough when they need to, and Favre's chemistry with his receivers is just now getting on track. They have been so inconsistent this season and in the NFL that fucks you nearly every time.

I don't know if it's possible for him to play worse.

Didn't you just rip on Lebron on another thread? I don't really see how someone can hate Lebron, yet like Favre, other than the obvious of being a Cleveland fan.

As bad as 2 of his INTs were, he was one Percy Harvin foot away from winning the game. Even the last throw to Moss could have been completed, Moss had no lift whatsoever but it was a ball that he could have caught.

But he didn't. You can't start that game. Maybe Jackson doesn't throw those 2 interceptions and the Vikings win because they don't have to come back from Favre's bonehead plays.

BTW, how did the ref on the field call Harvin's catch a TD? He was right on it and it wasn't even that close.

Quoting a line judge who speaks in Toledo about once a year. "Those guys are so good. We cant watch for a catch and the feet on a lot of plays. Now with replay, the best thing to do is to watch the catch be completed and assume they get their feet down. They are just so good that they almost always have their feet in bounds."

Can you can play the game of the first Packer touchdown not being a catch?

Favre is nowhere near LeBron's level. Favre is just a 41-year old boy playing football. LeBron is a quitter. Say what you want about Favre, but in my opinion ESPN has done more with their constant dick sucking to fuel hatred for Favre than Favre has. He has always played 110% and you have to love that.

Good question. I think the first foot down came down out of bounds.

Not only that but the refs also took a TD pass away from Favre in the first half that should have never been overturned. Then it would have been 28-28 and the Vikes only need a FG to win, which they were in position for on that last drive.

It absolutely should have been overturned. Now the Packers TD, that's another story.

Another good point I forgot about but just heard on PTI...did Childress address why he let the clock run out in the first half when he was near the 40 yard line and still had 40 seconds and 2 time outs left?
I don't think Shiancoe's TD should have been overturned. He had control, yes the ball hit the ground but he had two arms around it at the same time. If anything it should have been upheld due to lack of clear video evidence.

That is the whole reason I started this thread. You don't have enough confidence to at least get in fg range? Or at least take a shot. By not doing that you took heart out of the whole offense. Your coach didn't believe in you. Bad. Bad. Bad
Childress sucks.
