No, its called reality. The offense is good, no question. But again, against who? And there is no denying, that vs PSU as well as Iowa, they racked up quite a bit in the last qtr while playing desperately from behind. Where was "great" offense early in those games? They scored 21 vs Iowa in 4th qtr after being down big. Did similar yesterday. Its a completely different "game" when your down that big and the defense is playing different as well.
A "great" offense plays consistantly, from qtr 1 thru qtr 4. The Mich defense is BAD, but the offense hasn't exactly kept up the past two games.

And a "great" defense plays consistently as well. And like we all heard for an entire week Iowa's "great defense" was gonna shut Michigan down to below 17 points and under 300 yards or somethin.

Really not sure what Iowa defense has to do with a discussion about Mich offense? The did hold them to 7 pts going into the 4th. UP 28-7. I think any team will take that going into the 4th qtr. They also prepared to play Robinson. They did a decent job containing him. Then a different QB comes in throwing the ball.
I am not saying the UM offense is bad. Its not. Its just not as good as some think it is either.

I can't totally disagree. I knew in the 1st quarter when we couldn't score every time we had the ball we were in trouble.

Because this michigan team is no different than an average Rich Rod WVU team. Makes you say "wow" with the amount of yards the offense puts up but is inconsistent in scoring and no defense.

I personally had nothing against Lloyd Carr. I'm one of those people who will support whatever coach my team has unless the program is in complete dismay. It's starting to become difficult now. I want to see progress or consistently good teams. Carr was good for 8+ wins every year. Is that great? No. However, he ran a clean program on and off the field. I wish Carr would come back and show Rich Rod how defense works in the Big 10 LOL.

I can't believe Mich lost to PSU. If this fanbase isn't ready to run Rich Rod out then they will be irrelevant for another 7 yrs.

I can believe it. Penn State is having a "down" year but not particularly terrible. Michigan is just flat out not that good and hasn't been for an unbelievably lengthy stretch of time. Even the staunchest OSU fan wants to see Michigan return to relevance. The Big 10 just isn't the same without Michigan near the top of the conference.
