Only a few hours away. Im loving that Jack White is the musical guest tonight!

Seth Rogan is funny, but I agree with the poster above, he couldve done better for opening night imo. Lea Michele is hot so thats a plus. Not to mention Conan could make it a hilarious interview if he tries to make her uncomfortable about her recent racy photos and Glee.

"I named my show Conan so I would be harder to replace..." That made me laugh pretty hard

That was my favorite part of the monologue.

I thought it was pretty good. Seth Rogen laughed at his own jokes a little too much but I suppose that's expected with all of the trips to his weed doctor he has made.

Conan was A+, the guests were mediocre.

It was good. I don't know why, but his opening joke ".....comma, Brett Favre's penis" just cracked me up.

Conan has always been a funny guy - he has quite the resume from Harvard Lampoon, to writer on SNL, and then a writer for the Simpsons...May take some time for new bits and characters, but I think this will be a show I make a point to tune into occasionally. Leno is simply not good at all, anymore.

i loved this joke:
Conan: "People see me and they say. 'hey, isn't that the guy from twitter?'"
Andy: "You're Kanye West?"

them two together again might make it worthwile for me.

conan got 3.3 million viewers age 18-49 compared to 3.0 million viewers the same age for Leno (900k), Letterman (1.4MM), and Jon Stewart (700k) combined.

that's got to sting a little for NBC.

Soundgarden!....let's see Leno pull that off.

IMO, no one has looked as comfortable and in-control of the desk-chair talk late night format since Carson himself...

welcome back Coco.

BTW, Andy looks to have chunked up a little bit........ as have we all....

Conan has always been smooth. He is the best since Carson, no doubt. NBC really f'ed this one up. Conan was already winning at NBC with the 25-49 demographic, and that is the one TV usually markets to.

He is a smooth talker, a funny man, he has great skits and characters, a cult-like following, and he is a great interviewer.

Hell, its practically like he is back on the Late Show. He even is followed by a really crappy guy who isn't that funny.

the set is even reminiscent of vintage 70's Carson, isn't it??

Great interview with Tom Hanks. I am so happy I have late night TV to throw on again. Conan is great.
