Should be a better game this year, than the past 5. Wooster has some talent over there and will be playing for some revenge.

Orrville will be going for 6 straight against Wooster. Let's Go Riders!

As if there needed to be any more drama for this game we have many sidebars this year.
1) Kyle Lichti Orrville's QB1 is Coach Mcreary's nephew
2) Orrville going for 6 in a row
3) Wooster needing the game for a week 11 shot
4) Orrville needing the game for seeding week 11
5) The Turner factor
6) The Simpson factor
7) Saturday night!
I am sure I am missing some things. Best thing is that WOO has it turned around over there and as much as we hate 'em, it needed to happen for the game to be meaningful in the long term. GO RIDERS

Wooster has some really nice activities planned around the game on both Friday and Saturday I hope the community gets behind these activities and supports the team for this game.

Trying to use this link on my site as a sort of clearing house for all things Orrville/Wooster....at least from the Orrville side of things.

Will update every few days or so.

I would post all the Wooster events here, but the three of us who care already have the schedule: (

Should be a real good game. Both teams have hurdles to clear.

I want to see how the Generals play tonight and next Friday before I'm ready to make any predictions on this one.

It was only 15-7 Orrville last year and I think it's looking like it could go either way this year. Woo schedule winnable next two weeks with Senior and West holmes so we should be 7-2 going into 100th game. Will be real interesting to see how Clear Fork matches up at Orrville. Almost wish it was Oct. 30 right now but it will be here soon enough.

The next two weeks are winnable games, but Wooster has a knack for "just showing up" and not being into the game as much as it should be. These kids have a realistic shots at the playoffs. They should be fired up from the beginning to the end of these games.

When I was just a little boy, Wooster led the series something like 40-10. Imagine my delight with the way the last 50 games have gone! Go Riders!

Orrville has much more to worry about at this point than to be thinking about the Woo game!

Clear Fork first..then we can talk 100th game.

Just a thought......

We can talk about the Wooster game all we want as fans, we have no input on the scores every week. Yeah It's Clear Fork week and we are going to have our hands full, but doesn't mean the fans can't talk a little Orrville/Wooster football before hand. 1 week just isn't long enough! The players and coaches can and should be focused on the Colts, us fans can focus on multiple things.

Also, don't forget

The movie, 'The Bridges of Madison County'.
Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball.
A nice back rub.
The sound of the Ocean.
CNN.
A nice rainfall.

Wait, what...? Oh, sorry, I saw the Wooster/Orrville thread and I thought we were naming things that bore us to sleep. Sorry....Continue.
