It's a tough situation. One one hand, JT is going to field a good team year after year. They'll always be at or near the top of the Big Ten.
On the other, can he really win another national title? I don't think so, not without some major changes.

Well the two things that Jim Tressel team's normally excel at are special teams and defense. Special teams have been absolutely pitiful this season and the defense has had some big let downs along the way, most notably tonight. If these trends continue on into Big Ten season, you might as well chalk up at least one more loss after tonight. Hello Capital One Bowl and 2nd or 3rd in the Big Ten.

And the defense is just pitiful. After the offense sacked up in the second half, the defense just kept bending over waiting for the Badgers to stick it in. I do know that no one will go unbeaten through this conference.
MSU has a very very favorable schedule to do just that

True, but they always lose to someone they shouldn't...I don't trust them at all.

even if OSU went for it on 4th down just now and missed, they still could've held Wisky to a FG and been alive a little bit at 31-18
and probably a lot more time
you have to take that chance to convert, it's just desperation time with 6:30 left and down by 10
that was a pretty major blunder by a coach, in the college or professional ranks

My thoughts exactly Non. You have to have confidence in your offense there. I mean Hell, they're the ones who got you back into the freakin' game. Let them try and work a miracle on 4th and 10 with 6 minutes to go.

If MSU was going to slip it would have been today, their game at Iowa is their only real test

Michigan State will lose to Iowa. Iowa will lose to Wisconsin. 3 way tie for first, Iowa gets the Rose Bowl due to the higher BCS ranking. Ohio State will play in the Gator Bowl against an SEC team.

Another major loss for a highly over-rated Ohio State team. Questionable play calling, bad decisions, and lack of consistent defensive play. Just another reason that the Buckeyes can not win the big games. Big Ten sets up well for my Spartans. GO SPARTY.......

If there is a Boise State/TCU title game you can sure as hell bet that will be the LEAST watched National Championship game ever.
I know I certainly wouldn't watch it.
But I don't think that will happen.
