When you're down 21-0, you have to start taking risks you usually wouldn't. FG there does absolutely nothing for OSU, where as a TD is huge.
It's the second quarter and you're down 21-0. Now I don't like the 3 run calls, but you don't just risk it and go for a TD. Get the points when you can. You have a pretty darn good defense and let them make a play the next drive. You get the ball back, with a chance to get more points on the board before the half. THEN you get the ball back second half.
