Cheesecake. I don't care if cake is in the name it is a pie. Cakes rise and cheesecake doesn't.

the Hostess Fruit Pie is a little bit of heaven that is ambrosia itself...

as for conventional pies...one of my favorites not mentioned is gooseberry...really tart and sweet almost like rhubarb...

my absolute favorite, however, is sugar pie.
